Ice Moon - Philadelphia

Cool idea and good prices. But if the place is busy, it takes forever to get your order since each cup is done by hand. They need more cold stones in order to mitigate busy times.

I love coming to Ice Moon. They have a nice variety of flavors to choose from and are a clean establishment. The staff are friendly as well. I also love the fact that they are located in the heart of Northeast Philly.

The ice creams are the best but really weird on who they serve first, we were there before two other people and they got their order maybe because it was easier i dont complain there, people are complaining about the bobas and maybe ill stick to ordering ice creams overall its nicee

The boba tasted sour and is most definitely spoiled. It’s half filled with ice when I clearly asked for less ice. Our boba came so quick that I suspect it’s been sitting in their freezer for ages. Five bucks for that? Not worth it. I can still taste the sourness in my mouth. They used to be good.
