Contribuisci feedbackAwful experience! Went to get a simple order, the drive through woman put it in incorrectly, so I received the wrong order. No problem, I went inside to resolve the issue and get the correct food. The gentleman that brought me the food was nice, and he asked what was wrong. I made him aware, and he went to get it fixed. The rude lady in the back packing up food orders, stated that the wrong order is what I ordered. Which is not correct at all. The gentleman even said, “it is not his fault.” She stated they would have to issue a refund, then I’d have to repay for the order. She went to the back for a moment. She came back up and threw the food on the counter without saying a word. Obviously she was angry at her mistake, even though it was a simple solution. The gentleman up front at the counter apologized and was very polite. He deserves a raise or at least her job. She can’t seem to handle her temper. All in all, I would not come to this KFC.
Food was great. But they got my order wrong twice. So I just went in and ordered a whole new order and gave the wrong one away...
Customer Service A I used the drive through and I went inside. Chicken was nice and fresh. So happy for my purchase. My mom ordered through the drive thru. I saw her food and decided to order so I went inside. Restaurant was clean inside and everyone was very pleasant. This KFC was the Best I’ve ever Experienced. Thanks for your Excellent Customer Experience. It was my pleasure. I’m from California and this location could teach the West Coast Customer Inter Actions. Yay…. ? ?Goooooo KFC.
I've never been to a more rude establishment then here. Ordering my meal felt like torture. And the person taking my order was so rude. I won't be coming back here for a long
The food was fresh and tasted amazing and the employee who assisted me was fast and nice.
