Kfc - Philadelphia

I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC. I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal with cookies, specifically requesting 3 breasts and a wing. Instead, I received 1 breast, 2 thighs, and a drumstick. To make matters worse, the food was ice cold. I called to report the issue, but they didn't take any action or even apologize. I will not be returning; this was my last visit. I've had five bad experiences at this location in the past few months, and it seems they don't care about their customers. The staff is also quite rude and unprofessional. I didn't want to give this place any stars, but I had no choice!

I advise against visiting this KFC. I've gone there at least four times around 7:00 PM, and each time, the employees ignored us and chose not to serve us. Tonight, I arrived at 7:10 PM, and the worker inside was busy cleaning. I walked up to the window and even knocked, but was still ignored. If the staff prefer not to serve customers after a certain time, they should not advertise their hours as being until 8:00 PM.

The indoor seating should be opened up; it has been closed for too long.

No parking spaces and the information they have do not say that is just to get out.

Food was fresh and hot. Customer service was great! We ordered 3 piece strip and Tennessee Hot strips.
