Came here for the first time with one of my girlfriends last weekend and we tried the avocado smoothie, charcoal latte, squid ink spaghetti, beef pepper spaghetti, and charcoal strawberry cake. Everything was beautiful and delicious! Service was great. : Coming here again today with family!

I have gone to this place about 5 times and I have tried multiple dishes from the menu such as the Creamy Pumpkin Spaghetti, Fried Calamari, Grilled Salmon, and the Tiramisu. And every dish and experience was amazing! Also the Charcoal Iced Latte is me and my boyfriend’s new obsession! Make sure to get a side of liquid sugar!

I've never had a better hamburger than this and I actually ordered it by accident yesterday for takeout! I meant to get the New York Strip or T-Bone but I said Angus Steak which is the burger on the menu (my mistake). I was actually very happy and pleasantly surprised that I got that; I made my family try it and they all loved it so much that we plan to get it for dinner together on the weekend. The meat was cooked medium rare, very soft and juicy, and I absolutely loved the pineapple sauce and melted cheese. Each bite was full of flavor and the texture was perfect. The addition of the avocados in the hamburger was one of my favorite things along with the salad and fries it came out. I also ordered sweet potato fries which were delicious but I would likely ask for less salt next time. Their desserts have always been a hit for me, I've tried the tofu cheesecake(my favorite), cake crumb cheesecake, crème brûlée, tofu box, and sweet potato box. They are the perfect amount of sweetness that doesn't go overboard while bringing out the flavors. I've tried a few of their mojito drinks (non-alcohol) and they were pretty good. The worker here is also very kind and I love the interior design. I find myself looking forward to ordering from here every time.

More Sugar is a very cute dessert cafe in Philly's Chinatown! I bring friends here when they visit because it's impressive! The cakes are light and it doesn't feel like you're eating too much. My favorites are the tofu cheesecake chestnut cake! The tofu cheesecake is a lighter but still decadent alternative to cheesecake. It tastes similar to a plain cheesecake with the same consistency. The chestnut cake is rich in its flavor! It's warm, nutty, has a slight mocha flavor. It tastes like autumn. The strawberry charcoal is unique twist to a strawberry shortcake. The charcoal adds color but not much of a change in flavor to the cake. The icing is whipped light in between each layer of the cake. The cakes here was quite lovely very beautiful to eat. The cafe is open late and provides a comfortable area for studying or catching up with friends. The staff is friendly always provides a smile for you!
