New Germantown Pizza - Philadelphia

The girl that answers the phone is very rude .. she asked my order and still got my order wrong ! And caught an attitude once I complained about my order ! They also take very long to deliver my house is not that far from the store .

I called over two hours ago before closing time, and my food was never delivered. If I don't receive my food tomorrow, I expect it to be free. No joke.

This restaurant used to be great, but it seems to have declined recently, possibly due to new management and changes in the kitchen staff. The pizza was not as good as it once was; it was overly doughy and lacked substantial toppings. The only redeeming dish was the buffalo wings, which were still decent. I plan to give it another chance and will try the cheeseburgers and chicken parm grinder, which were my favorites in the past. Hopefully, those haven't changed. For now, though, I can only give it a two-star rating.

There is always an issue with customer service. I kept giving this place a chance. After the 3rd mishap, I said I would NEVER support this establishment again. They treat other people differently and with no respect. Twice when I've asked to speak to themanager, they come to the front and really don't offer a solution. No need to spend my money here.

Since I moved to the neighborhood, I visit this restaurant at least once or twice a week. The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend it to everyone!
