Contribuisci feedbackI usually love this place, despite the drinks being ridiculously overpriced. However, my recent experience has made me never want to return. I had free tickets for a show tonight, but I missed the fine print stating we had to arrive by 11 PM and ended up getting there 30 minutes late. Instead of understanding, they tried to charge us $30 each to enter instead of the original $40. Seriously? We decided to walk away. I've been a regular here, and they couldn't give us even a little break? $60 is a lot of money—much more than the original ticket cost. This isn't a favor; it feels more like a rip-off.
I really appreciate that NOTO brings in major DJs, but I wish the venue were larger or that they limited the number of tickets sold. The VIP system here is quite unusual, and the security is also strange—it's almost as if they have some personal issues. Given the size of the artists and the ticket prices, I expected more in terms of special effects, but it feels like a basic nightclub. They seem to be trying hard to cater to the EDM community, but they just don't have the capacity to make it really work.
--- Reasons Why You Should Avoid This Place: My Worst Experience at a Club/Rave 1. **Dehumanizing Treatment**: The staff treat patrons like they're less than human. You actually have to ask for permission to use the restroom, and if you don’t, be prepared to be yelled at. On top of that, an employee forced my friend and me to share a single toilet, even though there were six available with no lines. 2. **Misleading Performers Information**: They frequently advertise certain headliners or opening acts, but those artists often don't show up. If you purchased tickets hoping to see someone specific, good luck! There’s no refund for your money or your time. 3. **Blocking Your View**: Security guards obstruct your view throughout the entire show. If you ask them to move, they refuse, claiming they can’t see because they are so tall (one was literally 7 feet). They don’t care about your experience and will shout at you for simply wanting a better line of sight. 4. **Heavy VIP Focus**: The venue is primarily designed for VIPs, making up 80% of the seating, while only 20% is general admission. This tiny area feels cramped and uncomfortable, as you are treated like cattle, fenced in with little room to move. 5. **Disruptive Cleanup**: An hour before the event ends, they begin cleaning, which leads to security randomly pushing people back and shrinking the already limited GA space. This forces everyone to squish together, and security will yell at you if you don’t comply quickly enough. Overall, my experience here was incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this venue to anyone.
Complete dogshit of a dump; bouncers can 't even tell a real passport from a fake one. Go hire better security that can actually read English and pass 5th grade reading comprehension. They 're so stupid that they have Noto handlers from not screwing up. Bouncers on a power trip, sad they can 't do anything better with their lives then work at a pisspoor club in the absolute worst location in phillyDrinks are wack af and heavily water downed. No one wants pay $20 for a plastic cup of tonic water. Venue outdated af. Are we in the 2000s? TF? No wonder everyone hates this excuse of a club
Hands down the worst music venue/club I’ve ever been to. GA tickets were $100 a piece and definitely not worth it. The GA area is tiny, and it is extremely over crowded with people bumping into you the entire time. Sound system is horrendous. We were in the middle back of the GA section and could barely hear anything. The VIP tables are so poorly placed and take up so much space. One rail mixed drink was $17 and no tap water (must buy a tiny $7 water bottle). So not the vibe….will never be returning.
