Original Boston Style Pizza 2

The pizza maker, referred to as Byron, has a strong accent and a very unpleasant attitude. He was extremely rude and disrespectful during our call regarding our order. We regularly order double cheese pizza, so we were aware that this time we were charged extra without receiving the correct order. It felt like he didn’t care about us as customers at all. He even said it would be our last order, which clearly showed his lack of concern for us supporting the business. It's disappointing to see that some people can't manage their emotions and behave so unprofessionally.

I ordered a chicken cheesesteak hoagie with mayo, but it arrived completely soaked in oil. They sent me a replacement, but unfortunately, that one was also drenched in oil, this time on the inside of the roll. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I’ve tried this place multiple times, and it feels like a gamble each time. Occasionally, I’ll receive something that's decent, but more often than not, it's just thrown together. I consistently order the same thing—a stromboli—but tonight, once again, I was disappointed. After a few bites, I realized there was hardly any meat in it. I called the store to speak with a manager because I’ve encountered these issues too many times. When the manager answered, he had a cocky attitude and suggested that maybe I should just order extra meat next time. Seriously? Maybe I just won’t order from you again! It seems like you’re being stingy with the meat, and you should be putting more in there—how can a large stromboli have the same amount of meat as a cheesesteak? To top it off, the service was rude and unhelpful.

I've been ordering from here for 20 +years..I moved to NYC and always stopped by for pizza before going up the turnpike..last night was probably my last trip there and it's sad,the girl must have misunderstood my order large sausage pizza,lite sauce well done.I got there they had a small pizza and did absolutely nothing to get me the correct one, I paid,tipped and took the small...it was not the same deliciousness I've enjoyed for all these years and I am heartbroken..Boston pizza the only food spot who's number I know by heart,please go back to who u were..Good pizza,great service..

Swear by this place and the chicken Ceasar salad. It's always great, they never disappoint.
