Now, the chef was courteous, allowed a switch of captive stone with lemon risotto. the waitress forgot our appetizers. slow despite only 1-2 others in the restaurant. ok for a hotel restaurant, but would not be my choice to dinner. in front of a nearby concert we worked comfortably and were in the hotel.
When. I have booked the reservation via open table, the manager contacted me to request a credit card to keep the reservation. that was understandable, since it was at the beginning a week. she was very polite and when I needed
Although conveniently located next to the penn campus, this restaurant fails in almost any view. eating was essentially olive garden eating to fine gastronomic trips. understaffing left the service slowly and inattentively (although surely friendly.) color scavenging from the walls next to our table and the bathroom were disgusting. if they stay in the hotel and want a night capsule in the bar, this would probably be good. Otherwise avoid it. it is probably the only badest worth in university city.
There were three of us one entree was cold, one was warm but not hot and the chicken piccata had no taste. We did send the cold one back. It was hard to get the waiter's attention to send the food back. I will not return.
