The mac and cheese: the makkaroni was under boil, the cheese was not melted, the cheese sauce was runy, and the cheese was hard on the top. spicy huh was dry and hard. the only one was good, the cookie.

Good eating, good service, the only reason I gave him four stars is that some of the customers did not wear face masks when the sign said they had to enter. I know I forgot mine, so I went on the road to buy one and then came back to order.

I ordered from this restaurant three times, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience during two of those visits. The staff laughed at my family members who were either ordering or picking up my food. The first incident occurred when they made fun of my food preferences, and the second time, they laughed at how much my family speaks English. I’ve always loved Popeyes, but after these experiences, I can't recommend this place anymore.

I was ready to place an order when one of the short, thin female cashiers treated me poorly while I was ordering, which made me reconsider. Fortunately, I don’t support businesses that employ unprofessional staff. Just like any other establishment, Popeyes should ensure that their employees maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Locations like this one would be better off addressing problematic staff members or even shutting down if they can’t improve service.
