Positano Coast by Aldo Lamberti

Let me start off by saying I have been here for dinner quite a few times in the past few years and most for very memorable moments - from my birthday

Positano Coast is a beautiful restaurant in Old City that sits right next to one of the Ritz movies theatres and the acclaimed Zahav.

Came here for the first time a few weekends ago with my parents and was pretty indifferent.

My daughter and I had heard that this restaurant has great food and a wonderful view of Vancouver and it definitely was true on both counts. The wedge salad was a wonderful mix of sweet and salty, the prawn cocktail was perfectly done with a spicy dipping sauce and the served bread was warm and delicious. The service from all people working there was professional and accommodating. The view of the city was beautiful. I will make this restaurant a "must do" on my next visit.

The food was not as good as it normally is. The service was okay but not exceptional.
