Great customer service! the young bartender was very nice! next to the hotel where I was! tw is at the bar to watch sport! 5 stars for them.

I've been here many times and always had a good service. Typically, the times I came were not later busy in the night, near the conclusion, but have.

Came at 4:45 to dinner. I said the hostess that we were a party of two, then she told me that it would take 10-15 minutes to sit. we all sat.

We had an incredible time here! Our food was wonderful, we had snow cancer and lobster dick, very delicious! Jarrod (hopefully I do not miss the name! was extremely welcoming, friendly, helped us to choose our food, led us through the whole process as it was our first time trying snow crabs, and even brought us a very sweet supplement dessert! All in all wonderful experience, a highlight of our holiday. Very recommended!

So,2stars from 5 and in essence kindly give that many ...The servicing of my side salad $5.99 was shameful and small for the price, picture included also found 3 sheets of rotting salad in the wrinkles of Romaine, and no cheese shrine of cut Parm Parmesan!!! Also my broccoli serving was small and much too muddy, very overcooked, my shrimp Alfredo was in the need of more noodles, it was more sauce than noodles the shrimp was delicious tho, the 's why she got 2 stars from me. My sons lobster was also over boiled, hard and gummy, it made me wonder where the restaurant manager was, top end restaurants usually have a manager stop at the table to ask how our meal he was likely to know how things are running, and just not interested! Needless to say we were very disappointed by the experience... The place had only 4 other tables, and we had to hunt our server every time! Our waterglass needed to fill it was a long time since he had asked if we needed at least a 1/2 hour top! ,I had to ask the person who set us to find our server for us... we were not offered cookies, no cheddar cookies while we waited for our food, the other table on the way screamed out, 'hey, can we got some Biscuits and water! ...none ever came our way either, we had to ask for something and we were done halfway with our food when she finally made it on our table, I could see if it was busy, but we were literally 5th or 6th. Table occupied throughout the restaurant, I was very disappointed in our experience... our bill came to $90.00, and I even gave a $5 tip, tho he 't deserves it. I will not go to Monrovia, Red Lobster every time soon...might need to go further for better food and service, this place, ' I do NOT RECOMMEND!
