Star Fusion Express - Philadelphia

I've been waiting years to stop at this establishment. I'm sad at the food I received. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich was bland, small and soggy. There wasn't even a good amount of Buffalo sauce. The Korean BBQ kabob was tasteless and cold. The Cajun fries were the best part of the meal and they were cold and soggy. They had more flavor and seasonings than the sandwiches.

This place is hot or miss. I really only go for their salads, fusion fries and pineapple iced tea.

Star Fusion's meat is great but the sides need improvement. The fish sandwich was well seasoned and fresh while the cajun fries, although overloaded with Ole' Bay seasoning, lacked flavor.

I came across a review on JL Jupiter's YouTube channel and decided to give it a try! You won’t be disappointed! The food is AMAZING! They have touch screens where you can place and pay for your order. Plus, if you'd prefer to wait outside, they can send you a text when your order is ready. It's incredibly convenient! The flavors in the food are fantastic! I think my favorite so far might be the Thai Salmon dish, but I also really enjoy the Seafood Mac & Cheese! And I have to mention the Pineapple Iced Tea—so delicious!

The service was disappointing. I ordered a double cheeseburger and asked if I could get ketchup on it, but the staff informed me it would cost extra. Then, when he was packaging my food, I requested napkins, and instead of responding politely, he told me to let him do his job. This has convinced me that I won’t be returning to this restaurant again.
