Starbucks - Philadelphia

As always good drinks. But twice they made our order incorrect. We asked them to please fix it and they pushed back. They finally corrected the order after the person making the drinks did admit to not adding the flavoring that the drink is made with. Nothing special was added or changed with the London Fog Hot Tea.

I appreciated that it was open at 5:30am, which is earlier than other Starbucks in the area. So I walked there today and saw the sign saying it was open at 5:30am.However, it was closed and nobody was in the store.

Great customer service. Loved the atmosphere. Had to wait but it was busy and everyone was working very efficiently.

The place it's self wasn't terrible, however the cashier white male with yellow hate and tattoos )put down my name as Blair , when I told him my name was Ms. Miller. I don't under stand this type of micro aggression. If you hate your job why take it out on me? I waited for 30 minutes just to get the wrong order. The young lady was accommodating, that was it.

Going here was the worst experience I ever had with a Starbucks location. we expected it to be very crowded but ordered online before the app said to wait a 15 minutes. it took an hour and they only came with one of our two drinks. we had to ask for the other, and we are not sure whether the machine didn't print it properly or whether it just fell on the floor, while the two poor baristas who make drinks were snuck around. so or so, the baristas make drinks were nice about it and made the other drink pretty fast after. the workers who grow and produce food, however, were extremely rude and not helpful. we ordered breakfast sandwiches and never got them, because the workers restocking food refused, asking to answer and simply sniffing comments about how busy it was, while the employee who put eating what was the name on the order turned around, and then never said if he had even our ticket despite our problems with the drinks. we never got the food we paid for. we expected the amount, but did not expect that we could simply deny the food we ordered and paid because some of the workers here could not be disturbed.
