Tavern On Arch - Philadelphia

The food at this restaurant is delicious and has remained consistently good. I dined here for lunch before the Covid pandemic and was pleased to find that the flavors were just as I remembered. The biryani, naan, chukka, and makhani were all excellent, but the wings were not as impressive. The service and atmosphere were top-notch. The only drawback is the difficulty in finding public parking nearby.

I recently tried an Indian restaurant for the first time and I have to say the dishes were fantastic - full of flavor and well portioned. I will definitely be returning to this place; I was so full that I needed help to get up from the table. The food was so good that I had to use the table for leverage. Overall, it is an excellent place to eat!

THE BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT in Philly. First time to Thanal I would say this is the best indian restaurant in Philly! Friendly staffs, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list, and wonderful bourbon selection. I highly recommend it to everyone! Will come back here again and again. My favorite is chicken biryani !!!

One of the best restaurants in philly, the appetizers were too good especially the tandoori wings. The main course was good too like chicken biryani and lamb curry. The bread was good The must try is the bullet naan. Overall good experience and would recommend this place to every food lover.

Very nice and delicious food , tasty, the portions in big enough , we order : onion BAKORA , butter chicken , fish curry and plain Nan . All of them are good and recommended You can told them without spicy of you don’t eat spicy food
