The Dandelion - Philadelphia

I visited recently for a family gathering, and I was impressed by how attentive the staff was to our entire group, as well as to the tables nearby. Having just returned from a year in England, I can confidently say that the jam scone exceeded my expectations!

The service was friendly and attentive in a three-story building featuring a variety of beautifully decorated rooms. The steak salad was excellent, and there is a great selection of brews available.

While visiting Philadelphia, we discovered this restaurant quite by chance. After reading the reviews, we decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did. My son and I had a wonderful experience. Our server, Dixie, was an absolute delight. She made us feel at home, took the time to explain various menu items, and even shared a few jokes with us. The restaurant was lively and busy, yet it maintained a clean, warm, and inviting atmosphere.

Food, service and atmosphere was amazing. You got to try the English scones!

Great service and the shepherd pie was top tier. Had the English football game on as well.
