I was in the new yorker filiale, but was pleased to see it in philly, and looks as if they extend to many cities nationwide. very friendly service, I asked for a recommendation, and he loved the cookies and cream with caramel, and it was from this world. it was free to jump on Tuesday, so I added some vegan hot fudge for free!
