Victor Cafe - Philadelphia

It's been a while since we last visited Victor's, as we've been saving it for special occasions since becoming parents. Unfortunately, our experience on 10/28 was a nightmare and felt completely unfamiliar to both me and my husband. We went there to celebrate our 10th anniversary, but the hostess forgot to inform our server about our occasion. The service was chaotic, and we struggled to even get served. To make matters worse, the performers were far below the standard we remember. What has happened to Victor's? Is it still under the same ownership and management? We were truly disappointed.

As always, Victor's is outstanding. The "new" bar upstairs provides the perfect ambiance for a wonderful night out. The singing was, as usual, impressive, and the service was courteous, skilled, and timely. The food is generous and fairly priced. The overall experience at Victor's is truly one-of-a-kind. We keep coming back and have never been let down.

The Victor Cafe never fails to impress! Brenton provided exceptional service—he was professional, friendly, and wonderfully accommodating to our larger group, which included some lively tweens. His fantastic opera performance and the surprise for the birthday celebration truly made the experience memorable!

WE always enjoy the entire experience at The Victor Cafe, from the fascinating pictures covering the walls to the talented opera performances. Every time we go, it is an evening to remember.

This place sucks, absolutely awful service! we sat there for nearly 30 min without even being able to order a drink though we were ready to order our meal minutes after sitting down. DON’T DO IT!!!!
