Wendy's - Philadelphia

The restaurant features flatscreen televisions, fireplaces, and incredibly comfortable seating—at one point, I thought I was in Rittenhouse Square, LOL. The staff and managers are exceptionally attentive and friendly in every way. The only minor drawback is a slight lack of familiarity with the mobile payment system. Aside from that, I absolutely love this location, and my nine-year-old daughter felt like a little princess with the way they treated her.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The service was quick and friendly, and I used the drive-thru. The food was served hot, and I could see the manager and staff working diligently to get the orders out efficiently.

I only used the drive-thru, but I always ordered the spicy nuggets and a vanilla Frosty whenever I came here. The service was quick.

Shortly after I arrived, the counter became overwhelmed, and the customers who came in after me had to wait for their food while I had already finished mine. It's hard to understand how there could only be one person working during the afternoon shift. It’s possible that management should take note of the past feedback this place has received, as it seems to be a recurring issue.
