No apologies for making constant mistakes and give you dirty looks for bringing it to their attention. If you don't want to work, don't come in or take the job. This is reason live people are being replaced by kiosk boards. Take a page from chick fil a's customer service teachings if you want to stay in business.
The cashier girl here definitely hates her job. Thus transferring that bad energy and terrible service towards the customer. It's a shame bc I love Wendy's but I won't be coming back to this location for sure.
The food is put together very sloppy, the lettuce and tomatoes are hanging out of the buns, the fries were tipped over and all over the bag.
This Wendy’s is nasty, slow. I was at the drive-thru, waited 15 min to order food and 15 more minutes to receive it. They messed up orders. And at the final, all packaging of my burgers were totally covered in fat, like somebody just dripped them into the oil. Also inside the building is very very dirty. Do not recommend at all!
Food was very very dry customer service was the worst the tables was not clean. Soda machine was dirty they need a new management and new employee cause this is by far the worst fast food place to get food from.
