Unfortunately, I only have this picture of 2/8 of the slices but that speaks for itself. The Gianna Pizza was the best pizza that I've ever had.
Friendly service Clean tables Very good Pizza! Love stopping by!
A great Italian/pizza place. Their aranchini (rice balls) are delicious! The place can get busy, especially at lunch time. Sometimes the dining area can be a little noisy but the food is great.
Went in at lunchtime, it wasn’t busy, said hello, wasn’t greeted in return. The girl behind the register was so miserable, it looked like she was in pain just standing there. I get it, you’re goth/emo or whatever you want to call it, but a hello and smile when you’ve been greeted with such goes along way. One could say, ‘eh, their food was blah but they were nice’. I got two slices and there was a processing fee charge to use my debit. There was a sign posted about it, I missed as I was looking at the pizza while they started at me as if I was holding them up. Pizza was absolutely nothing special, dry and not worth $10. It’s very clear, customer service has tanked whilst prices have sky-rocketed since the coavids scandemic but they want us to be ok with it, and that’s the issue. Lots of businesses are still trying to re-coup their money with increases and sneaky little fees. Pretty sure processing fees are illegal on debit cards. You’re Downton, not a whole lot of cash carrying going on so to operate a business smack dab in the middle of center city is odd. Don't get me wrong, cash is king in my book, but you have to know your audience. I don’t want to be charged extra to pay you for overpriced mediocre food served by resting you know what faces.
