Roseland Inn - Philleigh

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the soup, risotto, and two venison steaks. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you, we will definitely be returning.

This lovely historical pub is dog friendly and always busy. We were able to get a table without a reservation, and the staff were very welcoming and patient. We enjoyed the scallops, scampi, and chips, as well as the lemon sole with a delicious sauce. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area, and will be sure to make a reservation!

The food was fantastic! I arrived hungry and it definitely hit the spot. Unfortunately, we had to sit outside because the restaurant was fully booked, but it was still a beautiful experience!

The Roseland Inn in Cornwall is a must-visit, as long as you have a car to get there. If not, it's worth the adventure to arrive on foot to enjoy the great ambience both inside and outside the restaurant. They serve the best fish and chips in the area, but it may be a bit pricey for mainland Europeans. However, the fun atmosphere makes up for it. The average price per person is between £20-30, and the food, service, and atmosphere all receive a 5-star rating. Parking options include free street parking.

I don't think this pub is open anymore. Their website clearly says they're closed. I visited on October 10th, 2023 and there was no sign of life.
