Chick-fil-a - Phillipsburg

Before enter in, we found this location has an indoor playground and soon after my son likes it very much. The service there is awesome as well, can you image in a fast food restaurant the staff will come and ask you for cleaning the trash? They keep thetable and floor cleanc and neat, good job!

We got kids meal and desserts. Tenders were fresh. Brownie was mouthwatering. So didn't like the cookie, somehow the combination of making it healthy didn't work out for the calories it contained. Mood for dessert? Get their brownie. Super yummy ????

The restaurant has changed. They no longer offer a military discount because they have a new manager. The previous manager has left for another location, so they are waiting for the new manager to introduce a new discount for military personnel. Unfortunately, they no longer show consideration for those who serve the country. I would recommend that veterans avoid purchasing from this establishment.

The first downside was the incredibly slow service - we waited nearly 45 minutes for our 4 meals due to inefficiency in the drive-through line. Even after ordering and waiting in the designated parking spot, my order was not inputted correctly. After a long wait, my correct order finally arrived, but it was still missing condiments. Despite the inconvenience of the long wait, the restaurant did offer a generous military discount, which made the trip worthwhile.

We arrived at the restaurant a bit late and were among the last guests to dine in. We ended up sitting at some tables outside. The restaurant had a 360° camera to monitor the area outdoors. Many people were opting for takeout. The burgers were tasty and had just the right amount of spice. The kids loved the French fries. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
