El Crucero - Philomath

We relocated to Corvallis a few years ago, and one of the downsides of living in this bustling city was the lack of great Mexican food. However, we discovered this restaurant this summer, and it's simply amazing. The food is excellent and authentically prepared, with a fantastic menu and very friendly staff. Hooray! We tried the Carnitas (which I believe are only available on Saturdays), Chilaquiles, and several varieties of tacos. Everything was delicious, and we can’t wait to explore more of the menu!

I’m visiting Philomath and I've heard rave reviews about this restaurant. I finally had the chance to eat here, and it was nothing short of amazing. The food is authentic, and the owner is a really nice guy. This is definitely a must-try place. Delicious!

By far the best hidden gem in Philomath! The food is absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it for anyone who appreciates authentic home-cooked Spanish cuisine.

I just had the Turkey Soup and it was delicious. We love all the food we have tried here. Good healthy food.They are always willing to tell you about the menu items. Nothing like the other mexican restaurants. 5
