Ajisen Ramen - Phnom Penh

Good and fast service. Ajisen Ramen and tonkatsu Ramen is our fav. The tonkatsu is fried nicely. Chashu is delicious. Recommended if you want some hot bowl of noodles.

Not the Japanese ramen flavor that I expected but I ordered a take-out and the packing was really neat and clean. I somehow kinda like the flavor but also not. I’m looking for a better taste of Tonkotsu Ramen in town.

Ramen is my favorite, i have tasted and explore about it originally in Osaka and Kyoto. I am sure what I am talking about. Ajisen is not the best, but to find this quality in Cambodia, it is as hard as finding a rare gem. For a quick recharge and a Japanese like dining, this one is not bad. I give a 4-stars because of its quality ramen soup, services, and their staff. But they need an improvement on their security guard, and front entrance, as sometimes i see shirtless guy and unattentive parking guard.
