For it to end up in my rice, it’s either a hygiene issue or a safety issue. So just look through your food before eating I guess...?
My past experiences with the restaurant had been good. Today afternoon, an unfortunate incident happened, the restaurant tried to slide rotten food past me for my NHAM24 order. Called the restaurant and shared my concerns, the guy on the phone claimed to be the manager and assured he will look into the issue and called back in 10 mins with the solution. It’s been more than 5 hours now, No callback yet from the restaurant. I threw my whole order (worth about $14) in the dustbin, made no sense to eat the rotten food. I understand restaurants are facing a hard time, but if the consistency isn’t maintained, it’s just a sinking ship! Never again! Update:The owner had personally called me today evening and heard me out once he came across the review. He has replaced the rotten dish at no add on cost and delivered as promised within 30 minutes. For the kind efforts from the owner, updating my review from 1* to 3*.
Appetizer en main course come together. It seems you better order the main dish after you have had the appetizer. The Lamb Jalfrezi was well prepared, although I had the impression the meat was not day fresh. Not a big issue but it could be improved. Dish prices are very affordable. Staff is friendly but not always attentive, like if you want an extra drink or the bill.
Cheating in the name of Indian food. It's Nepali restaurant. If you want vegetarian meal without taste. It's ok. If you want real Indian food, pls avoid.
