The Taiwanese noodles were delicious, but very heavy on protein fried tofu, mushroom “meat”, veggie ham, veggie fish balls) with some bean sprouts. Generous portion size and comes with free hot tea. Food is served quickly but other service menu, tea) is a bit slow and generally inattentive. Note that the noodle soup descriptions in the menu are very vague they only mention the type of noodle used) and there are no prices on one page of the menu. Need to request no egg because it’s unclear what the dish is made of based on the menu description. Price is on the low end $8,000-12,000 KHR for noodles, rice, soup and veggies/tofu) so it is good value.
Nothing especially great about this place. The food was serviceable, fast, hot, and cheap. It’s an easy and inexpensive place for a meal that isn’t targeting tourists.

Busy schedules can get in the way of regular meal time, especially for vegetarians in a foreign country. Good thing Hsin Hao allows take away with neatly packed sauces and condiments. I can have my meals in advance
