Impressive! good eating with live band (usually English borrower.) they can choose to sit inside or outside to listen to live music, but recommend in free to see the singers and bands more clearly.

Good food, I’ve had much better sushi in Los Angeles, but for Phnom Penh, I can say it’s much better than Adachi restaurant, the other sushi place I went to. It is on the expensive side, but you do get the view of the city center on the top floor.

I am sitting on top roof tonight listen to music and meeting friends from Thailand. We can order japanese food and drink. It’s good environment and good music, too close to the speak make my voice raise to talk. In general is good. Parking opposite can park at least 20 cars.

Great lounge, but food's various and quality is not enough with price. every floor are have great atmosphere. if more quiet, would be great.
