Soga Café Bistrot School - Phnom Penh

Very nice little place! Great food and good atmosphere!

It just happened to see this place driving on the moto when hungry. Had a burger and it was probably one of the best burgers I've ever eaten (and I'm an American). The pommes were also hot and perfectly broken. I think the staff is all from France. It's a small hole in the wall, but really good. I'm sure I'm back to try some of the Fancier French menu items later.

I had the most scrumptious salad ever at this place, hats off to the chef. well done.

Very nice place and friendly staffs. So cute dog too.

Nice, classy friendly place with good food and service. I had great veggie fried rice followed by espresso. Cool vibe
