Topaz - Phnom Penh

This a high end french cuisine experience for a reasonable price. Had the 3 course lunch set, that came complete with choice of wine and coffee tea after. Set in a elegant building with a garden. Excellent food and service.

Such a memorable experience! Staff is delightful and the food is absolute perfection. Steak flawlessly seasoned and cooked to perfection.

The food was great. After I finished my lunch then I went to the toilet, but I forgot I left my bike keys on the table... thanks to the staffs, they keep my keys until I got it back. Super good service

I was invited to topaz this evening and could not say no, especially as the register card was paid by our hostess, and this is a very good thing, because this is French fine eating in its finest. they can expect 5 stars prices, but the food and service were also top regal. if you are interested in French cuisine, topaz has the ware. Make sure to bring your appetit and a valid credit card. the menu (prepared by a meelin rated chef) offers a tantalizing selection of fish entrées and steaks (including filet mignon) foie gras, caviar, steak tartare and a mouth-watering selection of dekadenten desserts, including crème brûlée and many dings that I can not pronounce. magnifique!

Price for money business lunch sets. fine dining room with well-trained staff. eating was great for the price. I would recommend a visit if they were in phnom penh. have not tried many restaurants in phnom penh next to those in rosewood hotel, but topaz wins me over most!
