Bourbon Street - Phoenix

Five star review…only because I can’t score it a six or seven. This place is a slice of heaven in the middle of the desert.

This place is excellent, the girls are beautiful. No hipster/riff raff types, the space is clean and inviting, and the girls are all friendly. Next time I'm in Scottsdale I'll absolutely be back here.

Love this place!!! It’s super dark but the ladies here are top tier compared to any other club in the area. Diverse group of women but not in a cringe way. There is someone for everyone there but even if you don’t go with your usual “type” you’ll still end up with a beautiful lady. If you come early in the day drink are BOGO. Dances are $20 which is one of the cheapest dances in the area which is crazy considering how much classier this place is compared to others. VIP is fun with a group or just that one special gal but I wish there was more options of food choices. Would love to vibe with a hot babe in VIP and have a steak or something instead of pizza (which may make your breath smell which isn’t fun when talking to pretty lady) 10/10 club. Definitely my #1 in the Phoenix Area. Kind of a hole in the wall though. Has a lot of potential to blow up with better advertising and more staff!!!

We had a reservation on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not very crowded. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to serve us or even acknowledge that we had been seated, we moved to the bar thinking we would get better service. We sat at the bar another 15 minutes and no one waited on us. There were only 4 other people at the bar, however, there was no one working behind the bar at that time. It was 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday.

My family was looking for a place to eat on Christmas Day. We saw that Bourbon Jacks was open and taking reservations, this was around 7:45 it was close, so we made reservations for 8:30 PM. When we arrived there was a note saying they stopped serving food at 7:45. We proceeded to the hostess stand where the young lady said we could have drinks in the bar but they were serving no food. I said we made a reservation not more than 15 minutes ago and that we even received a confirmation. She told us that they stopped taking reservations and that was not possible. I showed her my confirmation email to no avail. I thought that it was poor customer service that they accepted the reservation then decided not to honor it. This was a great opportunity to get a customer for a lifetime, a great tip for there servers and incredible word of mouth advertising. Instead they get nothing and I doubt that I will ever go there and tell everyone I know about the missed opportunity that they had. Sad. I guess I'm getting my points but I really needed a meal!
