This carniceria, or butcher shop, is a modern glimse into our nation's past, but mostly Spanish speaking. It's more than a butcher shop, it is a grocery store too, plus take out eatery. It is a trip to the past, a trip to Mexico, and a place to find reasonably priced items if you're willing to accept different brands.English is spoken here by younger employees.I started coming here to try to find beef bones for soup stock and dog chewing. A lot of thrir product come in pre cut and frozen. Beef bone is hard to come by unless it's surrounded by meat too expensive for my needs.

Usually Quick service and the food is almost always good tasting. Once in a blue moon it would be too salty but definitely our favorite place for ready made carne asada.
