Contribuisci feedbackI do not usually post reviews but people need to know how bad this Jack in the Box is. I 've been to this location a handful of times because I live near by. I do not think they have got my order right one single time. Recently, I ordered two items and only recieved one. I asked for light sauce. The food was smothered in the sauce, it was everywhere. Almost to the point where one would believe it was intentional. My drink, an Ice coffee, was not properly mixed and tasted like syrup. There was 2 other cars in the line when I got there and none after me. So the place was overly busy. The lack of management and work ethic is terrible. Another place I now am checking off my do not go list.
I came in for a simple iced coffee. I usually go through the drive thru but today I went inside. There was 1 person in the drive thru getting served. Upon me entering, i was greeted by NOBODY. There were 3 employees. 2 in the kitchen and 1 on drive thru. A caucasian male, blonde hair, glasses and extremely tight jeans was working the drive thru and 2 latino individuals in the kitchen. One male, one female. I stood in the lobby by the registers for about 5 mins before someone came up to take my order.The caucasian male finally came up to take my order. Didnt greet me and just stood there looking at me as if he was waiting for me to say something. I calmly shrugged my shoulders and walked out empty handed.As a General Manager for another restaurant, this level of customer service is completely uncalled for. We are in the service industry and I expect at the very least to be treated as a human being.Jack In The Box needs to re-evaluate the type of people they choose to represent their brand. Unfortunately I will no longer return to this location.
Between 2 and 4 AM, this place can 't take orders because the computers are restarting . Restarting computers don 't take 2 hours and the inability to cook an order without a computer baffles me. Most computers restart in 5-10 minutes total. Write down the order like it 's the 1990s or earlier and then put the computer when it is done restarting. Or heck, restart one computer and then restart the next after it is done restarting. I guess you like treating your customers like they don 't matter.
Let me preface this review by saying I don't often go to fast food restaurants, but there's no Jack In The Box where I'm from, so we decided to give this iconic chain a shot.Now, I'll give a little slack being as it was 1 AM. The guy on duty for drive-thru service was personable ... I won't rate atmosphere as I didn't go into the place.The fries were cool to the touch, like they might have been somewhat adjacent to a heat lamp most of the afternoon, but missed the direct exposure they needed.The burgers were ... extremely compact. Squished might be a better way of putting it. Slathered in both mustard and ketchup, whether I wanted it or not.Ah, well. You won some, you lose some. Jack In The Box is most definitely a lose. Don't waste your money.
Service was good. Tacos and burgers were good except top of Bunn was a bit smashed.
