Mcdonald's - Phoenix

This was by far the best McDonald's we've eaten at in a long time. We were on vacation and stopped here on our way to a tour. The manager personally brought out our food, and the crew member said good morning to us. We do not get service like this at our McDonald's back home!

The new chicken sandwich is gross. Extremely greasy and they over cooked it. It was burnt. Thinking they deep fry them. Also as usual all the fries were soggy and cold. Nuggets cold too and chewy. This location is not the greatest

Just want to share how AMAZING Wendy and Ash are at this location. It is night and day compared to the Jomax location. Never disappointed when I come to this McDonalds and let me tell you Wendy works her butt off and has the best energy and attitude. I run restaurants, and I would hire her in a heartbeat, absolutely love her energy and their team is always on point

Terrible. $60 for a family of four to get four Fish Filet medium sized meals. The fish filet was tiny, soggy and old tasting. Fries were cold and borderline stale. Worst, the coke was flat. All this for $60. Never again will I even entertain McDonalds for a dinner out, I'll go get fish and chips at an Irish restaurant. Even my dog thought the fish filet was bad. Don't ask for ketchup either, they were annoyed we asked for ketchup...stay far from this place.

At first, I didn’t understand why I always get sent to parking space one or two until I had a conversation with the store manager and he told me that if I order a quarter pounder, it always is prepared at the time that it is ordered and therefore takes that much longer to cook and that’s why I am sent parking space number one or two, but I’ve been ordering the big Mac as of recently and I’m constantly getting sent to parking space number one or number two. It’s highly Annoying. This only happens at this particular McDonald’s.
