Worth Starbucks ever!!!First they got my order totally wrong and on top of that the store was totally empty and they took 10 minutes to make my order. They didn’t even call my name when the order was ready. After I figured it out that my order is wrong they didn’t make much effort to fix it. Just offered me to pay for another order.And I also agree with previous comments that the staff is very unfriendly….Very sad place to go
No customer service from the lady with short hair and glasses working today 4/24 at about 4pm . On top of that if you are looking for a drink and expecting to have in ready in the next 10-15 minutes I suggest going elsewhere. They took about 23 minutes to make a lemonade. Go up the street to DD for coffee !
Why are they placing the most unfriendly staff in customer facing roles. It’s so awful to receive rude service when I was so excited to grab an afternoon coffee . I get everyone has bad days but I literally spoke with the person at the drive- thru for 1 minute.
Fast food coffee at more than twice the price. Starbucks has lost its way. I guess when you become too big to fail you don’t really have to care about your customers anymore. They continually get my drink wrong and because I ask why they can’t get it right I get accused of “talking down to them”. It’s not our fault it’s your fault for complaining. The store manager here has threatened to ban me from the store because I don’t just keep my mouth shut or have to waste my time with remaking my drink almost every time I visit. They’d rather waste time and product than actually fix the root issue. Classic American values. No one is friendly here anymore, they’re just like McDonalds. Soon you will never see a face just get your drink and you better be ok with it.
