First time this has ever happened to me at the Keg. We will return but I certainly hope that the next time the meat will be fall off the fork and cooked to my preference.
Sorry to say no happy hour pricing and the drinks were $17 for a simple spritzer. The appetizer menu was weak-not a lot to choose from-our group did not even order dinner after seeing the bar tab and weak appetizer offering. I dine out multiple times a week and this was not even close to a Steak 44 I wish the Keg the best but probably won't be back
The new tuna tartare appetizer recipe is a 10! We had Abby as our Server and she was incredible. Best service in the past couple years...from any restaurant. Steaks were perfectly cooked, as ordered. Thought I loved peppers until I had the Peppercorn New York sirloin. Wow, thats alot of pepper corns. Scrapped off the first layer and then it was perfect for me. Apparently I have a limit to my pepper love. Wine selection was great, as always. We will be back and keep recommending this location.
We've been coming to The Keg for years, and have always enjoyed the experience. Last night was no exception. Our server was polite, attentive, and very pleasant. He did forget to enter our appetizer, for which he accepted blame, and apologized. That aside, he did a nice job. We will certainly return to The Keg, and recommend it to our friends and family.
Normally its excellent but this time the order was wrong, the calamari tasted fishy and the lobster tail was small and boiled, not broiled like it usually is so it tasted like a frozen tail w no flavor.
