Chili's Grill - Phoenix

Easy to get to with ample parking. We were lucky and parked near the door. Enjoyed a late lunch with my son. Service was quick and server was great. Food came out in a reasonable time. Our orders were correct and delicious. TV's in various locations givea good view of the screen. It's not my first time here and I would come back.

I ordered the pick three meal. The salad was pretty good, not just lettuce in a bowl. I chose the Big Mouth Crispy sandwich and fries for my entree. Crispy chicken by itself was bland but it was big and juicy, not all dried out. Fries were well seasonedand tasty. The first item is your beverage. So for 10.99, it was a smoking deal.

The location is nice, the meal was delicious,and our server was friendly. Our server had amazing skeleton earrings. Will definitely come back!

This was my first time ever going to a Chili?s and I was super impressed! The service was outstanding! The staff at this branch was very welcoming and friendly, made sure our food was exactly how we wanted. The waiting employees were truly amazing! Thefood was incredible.. amazing chips and salsa and a wide-variety of options on the menu. Will definitely be back!

So, we ordered takeout a couple nights ago and the order was not right when we got it home. I had ordered spicy shrimp tacos but got salmon with rice and black beans. My friend ordered Cajun chicken pasta with the spices on the side and no garnish. There were no spices and garnish on the side. The people who take our order are always borderline rude. It 's almost like we areannoying them. Geezzz, sorry! I came in today to dine in hoping for a better experience. I wanted shrimp fajitas listed onthe on-line menu but not on the dine in menu. Another disappointment. So I got nachos and a drink. $18+ dollars with tip isjust too much. The food I did order was ok but that 's not the point. I can ear cheaper and better somewhere else. I 'm not surewhat is going on at this location but ordering to go is always an adventure. Sometimes good and sometimes not.
