Dairy Queen - Phoenix

Had a great experience picking up my blizzard cake at this location. The gentlemen were very courteous and one of them even wished for me to extend a happy birthday to the person of which the cake was purchased. Very nice to see a fast food place withpeople who actually act like they like doing business with me. Whereas, other fast food places seem uncaring and act like theydon't want customers.

We went through the drive-thru late on a Saturday night. The food was hot and the shakes were cold; they started to melt pretty quickly but in Arizona I guess that's a given

Always a great place to stop and treat yourself to an old fashioned vanilla ice cream that's chocolate dipped. they're just as tasty today as they were when you were a kid. i'm sure you've done a good deed lately stop by and treat yourself

I?ve come by this location multiple times, and most of the time they have their sign in the window that says their lobby is closed due to staffing issues. But when you look in the window, you see people standing behind the counter doing nothing. Iunderstand staffing issues, but this looks like they?re just using the labor shortage to justify not opening their dining room.Didn?t spend anything, went somewhere else for dinner, and won?t be coming here again.

This was my first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised at how great the food, dessert and service was. We will definitely be back soon
