El Pollo Loco - Phoenix

Terrible. I don't understand how this place has such a high rating. I ordered food here a while ago and got two sad pieces of chickens that were cold and dry. Some Instaflake Maische Potatoes marketed as real Maische Potatoes and the engraving was also skillful. Just disgusting. Churches make a better chicken meal and they are also terrible.

Go down. We used to get dinner once a month. Nowhere as good as before. Order 16 St. meal. I came home and it was a 12 piece. The claw was pampered with acetone. And where do they get those little chickens? You'd rather buy some redsserie chickens from Safeway.

If the Chipotle Chicken Avacodo Burrito and the Chicken Nachos both were fresh and tasty...employees were professional and restaurant was clean .... will definitely return soon

The 2 STARS are a UPGRADE. It was a good thing of time and money. I was very excited about some tacos, and that was a total setback. I've never been here, so I asked what was good. There were enormous sounds in the kitchen. - That's a mistake. I ordered 2 chicken tacos (on soft Tacos sm rice chips / Guac salsa. (And I also received 8 EXTRA SOFT TORTILLAS??! And no utensils.

The employees at this location are just plain AWSOME. They listen and are very helpful they really go out of their way to help and take excellent care of the customers. I haven't had any problems with any of my orders, unlike other chicken restaurants that mess up the orders almost every time. And the food is also awesome, unlike the fried chicken (heartburn and greasy messy coating) stores. The chicken is even good several days later with no stail smell or taste. I would select more stars but there's only five.
