Very slow, even if there are some employees. forget the speck, even if ordered, were pommes frites, lid did not fit the small ketchup containers, had to ask for my milkshake. I'm starting to rethink all the drinking money in advance. $43 with a $5 tipp for 2 burgers, 1 med-fruit and a shake? sure about the price. oh, and no soap in the bathroom.

We were the first customers of the day! we ordered Cajun style! the fries were excellent! the employees were excellent!

Got a burger that was missing the bacon and three other ingredients from my online order. I noticed the receipt on my bag had those ingredients emphasized with bacon surrounded by several brackets. Best guess is that they're trying to remind the workers there that don't care. Which fits as the customer service was also poor.

There's a sign inside that says everything is made to order. That's not true because my bacon cheeseburger had little crumbles of bacon that tasted like they were made 8 hours earlier. They also forgot three ingredients off my hamburger.

Terrible! This was the worst Five Guys I've ever been to. My husband called in a complaint. I should have taken pictures of the issues.
