Worst acai bowl i ever got , been to other location and never had any issues always spot on but this location needs some training to do ,stuff was very unprofessional

We got smoothies from this location two weeks ago and they were delicious. Caribbean Passion, Electric Berry Lemonade, and a Watermelon Breeze. Exactly what we ordered and everything. Fast forward to now, my family and I ordered similar smoothies:Caribbean Passion, Electric Berry Lemonade, and a Vanilla Blue Sky. The Caribbean Passion was made correctly, as far as we know,but the other two are totally messed up. I included pictures to show how off the colors of the smoothies are. The berry lemonadeis purple, not blue. It tastes like grape and does not have the normal tart flavor. The vanilla one has chunks of various fruitsthat should not have been added to the smoothie to begin with, could be strawberries, peaches, or mangos. The flavor is so off.I threw it away halfway through. Luckily, I don?t have any allergies to any fruits. This is why the employees should be morecareful when making smoothies. I know the store is under some kind of construction, but that shouldn?t affect the quality of thesmoothies.

I have the say I was truly disappointed in my experience here. I showed up at 7:55 online it shows their hours to open at 7 am. I was told sorry we don?t open till 8 am. I mentioned to the employee that those hours posted are 7 am. Her response was ?wellwe are on winter hours and don?t open till 8 am. At that point I left and went a half a mile down the road to Tropical Smoothiewho was open. Side note I wasn?t the only person that showed up at that time that was turned away.

When I walked in Cam at 10:45am just in case you want to review the tape was nodding his head up and down in a frustrating manner as if something was frustrating him and asked if I could help I like to help others he politely said no and I smiled andsaid ok . He had no enthusiasm. I then said to Brock R his peer good morning with a smile and he looked me dead in my faceand ignored my good morning lol.. this was terrible lol I felt like I was being punked then he smirked. I felt like I was notvalued as a customer I felt sad to be honest I come to this location for the good morning up beat however today was disappointedI watched them then change their demeanor when a person of importance walks In. I think they both new him however please fixthis.

There?s 2 locations I go to. This one and the one on Thunderbird. So when the kids are on summer break I go to this one, or if I don?t work . Dion. He is amazing. He knows what my drink is and is always so nice, I?m usually there between 8-8:10 (I?m one ofthose ppl?? . I don?t really know how others can complain it?s 8 in the morning how chipper do you want them to be? I never havehad a bad experience. I?ll continue to go there! Thx!!!?
