The croque was really good! Amazing cheesy crust. Food came out fast and everyone was super friendly ????
This turned out to be a great choice. The turkey bistro was very tasty and so was the turkey croque monsieur. The service was very friendly and helpful. I would've given it 5 stars but it was really expensive. Though, for airport food it was about average priced.
I went to la Madeleine near Gate B22 at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix and bought one regular-sized bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. There were no prices listed anywhere for the various beers. The nice server opened the beer for me and ONLY THEN TOLD ME that THE PRICE FOR ONE BOTTLE WAS $10.38! I refused to buy it and told him that the company could open three bottles, not sell them, and still make money. It's bad enough to think you can get away with charging that much, but then to have the gall not to list the price! I doubt that they will change. Perhaps other people will decide to have fun, order a beer and then refuse to be scalped until the company decides to be more honest and not try to rip off the customer by not listing the price.
Different than most airport restaurants! the staff was amazing and very friendly. richard b was awesome. he recommended the meal i got which was the turkey croque monsieur with tomato basil soup and he wasn?t lying when he said it tasted like east coast pizza! come here if you are traveling:
