I love this. So cozy and family owned. I've been here since I was a kid when I lived in the neighborhood. Definitely a must if you are in the neighborhood and in the mood for a good sandwich.

New owners are taking this place downhill fast. Everything from ambiance to customer service and now to food taste/quality are starting to suffer. I usually only visit Ladybug when I see a specific doctor whose office is close by. But now, I don't think I'll even do that. Not worth it to me anymore. ?

I order delivery from this restaurant a few times a month since I'm working from home, and on busy days, it’s incredibly convenient! I usually get a sandwich and potato salad, and my favorite is the TJ sandwich. It’s delicious and offers great value for the money. The staff is very friendly, and the delivery time is usually around 45 minutes, which I think is quite reasonable.

I appreciate the fresh ingredients and healthy options, and the quality of both the food and service has been excellent every year that I've visited. This cozy little spot is inviting and provides a relaxing atmosphere.

The food was extremely salty, almost like it had been soaked in salt. It made my whole family feel sick. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here.
