The inexperienced teenagers working there lack communication skills. If you're looking for alternatives, there’s a Jack in the Box and a Panda Express nearby. Save yourself the trouble and don’t waste your time or energy at this McDonald's—it might just save you a headache.
Mcdonalds I've ever had the unfortunate to go too. I ordered to do something, a certain wise, and they followed all instructions except the most important. I brought them to attention and they thought they could just throw another piece of cheese on their head. so it took me three times before it was done right. then my riders were freezing and hard.

This McDonald's is so disorganized that they can't even take orders at the register. I don't use credit cards, so I can’t use a kiosk or anything. In the last two months, this location has really gone downhill. The employees act like they are more important than the customers. Don't waste your time here—drive five minutes to a better one.
I had the most ridiculous experience at a fast food restaurant. At 5:30 PM, with no cars in sight, I walked over from my townhouse to grab a cup of coffee, only to be denied service at the drive-thru window due to "security concerns." This was explained to me after they opened the window to tell me so. The decline in customer service is truly pathetic. Rating: 1/5.
