Mcdonald's - Phoenix

I waited for my food for 20 minutes and on top of that my French fries were cold and when I asked for some barbecue sauce and the spicy buffalo sauce the manager that helped me was not smiling or anything she just threw the condiments in the bag didn't even put them in she's through them in

If I had the option of giving a place 0 stars, this would be it. I had ordered a large Diet Coke via McDonald's app and decided to get it curbside at 10 pm on a Monday and waited over 20 minutes for it. I even called and they said they were going to bring it out and no one did until another 5-10 minutes after. Worst McDonald's ever!!!!

If I could give a negative star this McDonald's would deserve one it's customer service is a joke how hard is it to get an order right I mean Russia might have won the war if they don't have to deal with **** service like this anymore if u want a wrong order and have 30 min to kill try this location they won't disappoint

I worked at McDonalds in high school and it's my favorite fast food burger stop still today! But today . It was10:30 am and the menu changed from breakfast to lunch, I ordered an egg McMuffin. My husband ordered a #3, wanting a double quarter ponder cheeseburger. They brought him a breakfast egg biscuit and the girl laughed when he questioned it because he ordered by number and breakfast wasn't over. Really? No thought for the customer at all! Our receipt was stamped at exactly 10:30 am.

They don't even deserve a star. I was 5 minutes in the lead. they do not want to go to the registry to order. they will look at you and turn around. they giggling and drinking frappy. while you're standing there, they'll see you and know you're waiting for her. I have to say you can help me. they will help you if you don't ask. They're just looking at you. lest the manager wake up.
