McDonald's - Phoenix

Took more then a hour to get my order had me waiting out there for a long time. When I was waiting to take my lunch I didn't even get to eat my lunch.i spent it waiting for my food after that I waited longer just for a smothie I ordered nd i had to go in there to remind them of it or else i would of been waiting who, knows how long. This is unbelievable

Pretty quick, drive up exit is inconvenient, you must make that right onto Buckeye so be careful and make sure you make that turn before driving into the street. If you do, it will be too late and there won't be another opportunity for a u-turn until after the freeway on ramps ahead..so hot 5he sharp left and you're good to go!!

Don't go here. You can expect to wait at least 20 min for your food. They were so slow this time another customer yelled at me for not getting your attention to take my order, even though I did. Think about that for a second, they were literally so slow that a customer got angry with me because you all didn't take my order. Lol. Oh, and don't forget about the homeless bugging you in the drive through line. Screw this place

Excellent customer service and surprisingly nice food! Even though there was a huge drive-through wait, we were able to get through it quite quickly, and the meal was hot and delicious—even the onions and tomatoes were freshly chopped! Excellent location; we'll definitely return!

The ? fries were old and cold, as well as the rest of the food, not to mention the wait time of about 25 mic's it was one of the worst experience we have had...
