It was such a let down working with Modern Tortilla for our wedding. They put zero effort into making our catering experience special. When guest went up to order food they forgot to hand out utensils and napkins. Our guest complained that the beans had not even been heated up, the tacos had zero flavor and the tortillas were so dry they were already falling apart. To top it off the food truck caught on fire... Unfortunately the food was so bad that it all got thrown away. It was such a waste of money. Would not recommend working with them.
This little truck that could never lets me down! Some of the best Elote in town? They have such fresh tacos to choose from.. One for everyone?s taste. I had use this as an event previously as well and had been to a wedding where they were at and it was just amazing everyone loved it! The little guys beg for churros!!! More than a taco Tuesday truck? any day is taco day.. I checked their calendar and find where they are during the week and the weekends!!!
Love this food truck they catered my wedding. I?d suggest them to anyone.
Please do not use this company to cater your wedding or event. Just don 't. They brought their food truck to a wedding and it was a little sketchy from the start. They showed up at 4pm and the truck STINKS. The staff 's appearance was sloppy, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. At 6pm the bride and groom walked up to the truck and suddenly in a panic, they asked if someone could go to the grocery store and buy tortillas. I am not kidding. The TACO TRUCK that had been sitting here for 2 hours did not have tortillas! You really can 't make this up. So, aside from not having tortillas IN A TACO TRUCK the food was horribly mediocre. Nothing even managed to qualify as 'good '. A number of orders were lost and everything took so long to be served a number of guests left before their order even came up! Finally, we told them exactly when we wanted the churros to be ready. And... they were not ready. Ten minutes later, the most underwhelming heap of over cooked churros were heaped up and set out. The bride is mortified. I 've been doing weddings for almost a decade and this is the biggest train wreck I 've ever witnessed. TLDR: Forgot tortillas, bad food, slow service, avoid!
