Takoyaki tastes like a regular takoyaki, I see nothing special, but it tastes decent. I like the parts too. The raven itself is well cooked. I wish they have an option for another type of noodles or for toppings. Your staff is friendly, place is clean, decent food. Can't go wrong here for a bowl of ramen.
My first time came here and I brought her food! I tried Tonkotsu, El-Ramen with Takoyaki, Spring Rolls and Chicken Caraage! You were good! I'm Japanese and from Tokyo. I'd come back! Very recommended.
Probably the best rams in Phoenix! I have the Nishikawa wheels with black garlic. The mild had a little kick. Nishikawa Ramen is a little oily, so only if you agree. The noodles are really thin, which are amazing. They run from softly cooked seasoned eggs, so they get early! My fiancé has the classic tonseysu medium heat. Excellent. Recommend the Gyoza. It has the most crispy ground with delicate meat, served with a Yuzu sauce! This place is better than the rams I ate in Washington DC! Pretty well adapted to LA.
I have the tonkotsu and the children's meal and the edemame and the melons creamy soda. Everything was really good except the miso edemame. Loved the taste of the clay soup base and the meat with which it came was a good amount. Also the prices were good. Very recommended if you like ramen.
I was told to try this place out by a friend who's an executive chef, so I believe his recommendations, and this one was spot on. I had the nishikawa black ramen, and it was extremely flavorful and filling. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for some of the best ramen in the area.
