Olive Garden - Phoenix

Jc was our server tonight and they were fantastic! our food was delivered fast, hot and everything was delicious. I had trepidations about coming back to this place because of experiences many years ago, but wow, there was no wait and everything was really, really good! we will definitely return.

I came to lunch and they were super fast. they are always so busy at the weekend, so I never come, but today I leave so wonderful? our waiter anthony has made a great job and was so friendly. everything was perfect?

This place needs all new employees! the girls at the front do not know how to sit human right. my party of 6 was said it would be a 40-minute waiting period. then ten minutes later the hostess at the front, to another party of 6 that just went in. the kerl asked the dame how long that was waiting, she said no wait! . and the manager did not offer anything or repair anything, she only asked if our waiter now takes care of us well?! looks like the olive garden would go downhill. as the service goes downhill, hopefully they will fall their prices soon!

Service was ok, whole time our waitress seemed like she was bothered. I don't remember what her name was but she had red hair. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara and when I bit I to the shrimp it was raw, when I brought it to her attention she just took the plate away but still charged me even tho I only took one bite. Ended up getting food poisoning later due to my meal.

Very good food but you have to wait for your turn 30 to 40 minutes since they had many empty tables and the staff was not very friendly only once they asked us if we needed something
