Original Hamburger Works - Phoenix

Great place if you are looking for a hamburger with all the grill/charcoal flavor, they grill the burgers in front of you, good variety of sizes and their toppings/salad bar is huge, they have a bar area for you to enjoy games and more, I will give them a higher rank but their service needs to improve, we asked the guy at the cashier... hey, what are arizona fries? He said... just fries with a non great tone, we didn't allow him to ruin our experience, and we continued... I highly recommend the chesse burger with 1/4 meat, the simple the better.

Bring cash! Using a card has like an extra 4% charge or something like that. I had fish and chips and my BF had a burger.. he really liked it. The fish wasn't bad. I loved they have a grade A posted up on the wall. Staff was friendly the night we went.

I love this restaurant. It’s clean (they take pride) and it has such a chill vibe. I really enjoy their food as well. The employees are alway's polite and attentive. I love that the kitchen is pretty much open and you can see the chefs doing their magic. I also love that they have a condiment bar with all the fixings. When entering the establishment the sports bar is what greets you, everyone is happy and laughing but it’s always low key, jukebox playing in the background. Past the bar is the restaurant portion. Upon entering the restaurant portion, you are then greeted by the wonderful aroma of grilled ambrosia and awesomeness. Then the fully stocked condiment bar. Wood ensconces the majority of the inside of the restaurant. Wood booths, wood picnic tables all with copper table tops. The copper table tops are a nice touch and compliments the wood decor, very cool in my opinion. I think it is a unique restaurant with owners that truly care about quality. They pass that mindset on to their staff. It’s been proven over and over. I have been a patron for a couple of years now, sampled many of their food options and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend The Original Hamburger Works restaurant.

This place is an institution. The wings are consistently delicious, the beer is ice cold. It’s a great mix of locals, families, and bar flies. 10/10 would recommend

Don't settle for the fast food chain burgers, where they only want you in and out. The Original Hamburger Works will treat you like a king. Most guys, burgers are lucky to be a 5. These burgers are definitely a 10, and whata great burger it is !
