Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Phoenix

I placed an online order and arrived a few minutes before my scheduled pick-up time. I informed the restaurant that I had arrived, and they assured me that they would prepare my order soon. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, I inquired about the delay and found out that my order had not even been started yet.

Yummy food and not bad prices. Chicken pot pie soup was excellent!!

The food was alright and the service was fantastic! I only gave 4 stars because there was a small portion of meat on the sandwich for the price, but overall it was still enjoyable.

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! It was my first time visiting and I was impressed. We were initially planning to order through Postmates, but found it was much cheaper to order online and pick up ourselves. The restaurant was very clean and had a fantastic atmosphere. The food was filling and definitely worth the trip. I'm excited to go back now that I've downloaded the app.

They drowned my sandwich in Mayo. Couldn’t even eat it, I watched the lady put a huge glob of Mayo on it and then shook the bottle and proceeded to squeeze out another huge glob of Mayo. When I opened it Mayo was dripping out and it ruined my sandwich.
